Lena Menstrual Cup Review!

Hi Everyone,

 

I think I have found my Goldilocks cup! This large Lena cup works very well for me I didn't have any leaks throughout my day even on my heaviest days. I would normally insert the cup around 5 in the morning & leave it in until around 5 at night when I got home from work. The cup would start to spill over if I left it in longer than the 12 hours, this would happen with any of them though (they can only hold so much). With this cup I find that for me the capacity can't go past the suction holes or it will spill out from them. I know this because of one of the nights I had left it in longer than intended & when I went to empty it I noticed that my fluid was above the suction holes & was slowly leaking from them. This doesn't bother me though because I will rarely fill the cup to that capacity in less than 12 hours time. I had some errands I had to run after work that day & completely forgot  the cup was in until I got home late that night. This I feel is another plus for the Lena cup as you can see it was so comfortable that I completely forgot about it! I know everyone's flow is different but I would definitely recommend this cup for some one with a heavy flow .
